After 30 years with the same company, our rates just seemed to continue to go up and when I... contacted them to see if we could do any better, we were told we had all the discounts we could get. I still felt that we were paying too much so we decided to see what else is out there. We were contacted by several agencies but decided to give this one a try. Joelle is extremely professional and pleasant! She did all the work for us and at the end of the day she is saving us over $1,500 a year! We did bundle all of our policies and found this to be a tremendous savings! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone just curious if they can do better than their current company. I feel it necessary to add that the policies are apples to apples coverage wise - Check them out!read more

I got a new car 2 years ago and other insurance companies wanted several hundred dollars more per... year. I almost cancelled the car purchase because of it until my friend recommended I call her Levin agent. I don't know a lot about insurance, but Levin helped me through the process and answered all my questions no matter how simple they sounded to them. With the recent auto policy changes in Michigan, I didn't know what to choose. They helped me understand too. They also saved me several hundred dollars a year by combining my home, auto and landlord policy for my investment property. I've recommended them to several people over the past 2 years that I have been with them.read more

Thanks Joelle for giving me a better quote for my home and auto.It was a wonderful experience... working with her. Every item in the quote was explained well over the phone and didn't push to buy. She tried hard for getting better rate. Even though home insurance was a bit more compared to my existing insurance, but combined saving was more to offset this.read more

Joelle Quinkert was amazing, she walked me through the entire process, explaining everything, every... step of the way, on top of saving me tons of money annually on both my car, especially, and homeowners was a very good savings. She was consistent, helpful, friendly and considerate of my work travel and we were still able to make a deal between phone, texts and emails. She was able to get me a great rate and more insured in both policies, Looking forward to working with this team.I have been overpaying for both car and homeowners insurance for years. I have no idea with a clean record, no claims why I was paying $2800 for car insurance a yr and over $900 which crept up over the last 3 years from their original $600 initial quote for my home.thanks again, super excited and happy.read more

Jason put a package for me that I was allowed to review at my leisure. I developed many questions.... He answered all of my questions and we adjusted the insurance package accordingly. Jason Ball, at Levin Insurance is the gentleman to speak to. My insurance was going up every month... since November 2020. When our insurance payments became like a mortgage payment, we decided to shop around. Jason took us from paying in July 2021, $1600.00, which was an increase of $300 approximately from the last month down to 703.00. Jason did a wonderful job!!!! He was courteous, professional and explained in detail any answers to my questions. He also explained that my current house insurance policy was under insured. While comparing different insurance companies I happened upon levin insurance. I worked with Terry... Johnston who is phenomenal! She compared many different companies and in the end I am saving around $40 a month with better coverages on both my auto and renters insurance when compared to what I previously had. Terry is very friendly and responsive to and and all questions. She takes time to explain things and cares about her clients!
